Refund policy

If something isn’t right, email store@timstaana.com within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in original condition; return shipping (including international) is the buyer’s responsibility. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos and we’ll replace or refund it. Minor variations in handmade or 3D printed items are normal. International orders may incur customs fees. Australian Consumer Law applies to Australian customers.
